An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated today at 11:15am. The physical plant, 2 caregiver/household member files, 4 children's files, caregiver training, child nutrition, children's activities, emergency procedures, drills and supplies were inspected today. There were 4 children (plus the Provider's child), totaling 12 points, under the supervision of 2 caregivers. During the inspection, children were observed enjoying free play, working on learning the alphabet, listening to music and singing songs . The interactions between the children and caregivers were seen to be positive and constructive in nature. Today, the children will be served macaroni and cheese, green beans, apple sauce and milk. The Provider is certified in MAT (medication administration training), CPR and First Aid. There are no children with any medication needs at this time.
