54.1-3408 Provider must be MAT certified to administer prescription medication.
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with the provider beginning at 1:00 PM and ending at 2:15 PM. There were four children in care ages 2, 2, 4, and 4 years old for a total of 8 points. The children were observed during lunch time and rest time Lunch served was Spanish rice, egg, corn, cucumbers, and milk. The provider, assistant, and one household member's records were reviewed. Four children's records were reviewed and found to be complete. The radio and flashlight were inspected. No children were on medications at this time
Standard #: 22VAC40-111-530-A Description: Based on observation not all the rest cots consisted of a top and bottom linen. Evidence: Three of the four cots the children were resting on did not have bottom linens. Plan of Correction: The provider will purchase linens for each cot.
