Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 11:25 a.m. - 12:45 p.m. There was one child in care. The provider had two points. The record for the provider was reviewed. The record for one child in care was reviewed. The child was observed being talked to and played with by the provider. Also, observed was the child in care playing with the farm toys and listening to the rooster crowing, playing pretend putting the children on the bus for school and talking with the provider.
