Technical Assistance:
Discussed with provider: The backyard supervision for the white wall, potential fencing requirements (Non-climbable, 4 feet high).

An announced monitoring inspection was conducted today. There are 6 children present (15 points) with 2 caregivers. One child and 4 adult files were reviewed. The dog is current with the rabies vaccination. The provider has recently moved into the home. I cannot submit your application for approval until I have received the final zoning permit for this address. Children were observed during a diaper change, hand washing, playing with toys. LI was present today from 9:15 AM - 10:25 AM.
