Discussion and consult regarding infant sleep.

Comments:
An unannounced renewal study was conducted beginning at 9:30 a.m. and ending at 11:30 a.m. with the provider. There were three children in care ranging in age from three months to twenty-three months for a total of eleven points. Children were observed having free play. An infant was observed being fed. Diapering procedures were observed. After diapering, children had snack. Snack today was banana and milk. Four children's records, one provider record, one assistant/substitute record and two household member records were reviewed. The provider is Medication Administration Training (MAT) certified. There are no medications on site. The provider completed forty-four hours of training for the two license years. Emergency drills were posted and up to date.
