An unannounced monitoring inspection was done 10/20/2016 beginning at 9:30A.M. and ending at 12:30 p.m. The licensee was present with the licensee's two infant and four child care children. The points were at 15 and in compliance. The LI reviewed ten children's and one staff and a household member's record during the inspection. Observation of the children during: free play, TV time, art, and lunch. Discussion about upcoming changes to the licensee's household, and future plans for day care schedule.

Description: Based on observation in the kitchen area, the license failed to ensure that all chemicals were not stored with food. Evidence: 1. The inspector observed a spray bottle of cleaning chemicals sitting on the kitchen cabinet sitting next to food.

Plan of Correction: The licensee removed the chemical during the inspection and will make sure that all chemicals are not stored with food.
