An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from approximately 12:00 to 1:00pm. Six children were present with the provider and assistant. Total 18 points with two caregivers. The children were eating lunch and transitioning to rest time. The provider has obtained a new changing table and new carpet in the children's activity area. One child is new since the last inspection. His record was reviewed today and found in order. The violations cited at the last inspection have been corrected. Standard #: 22VAC40-111-50-A Description: Based on record review, no documentation of children's daily attendance has been kept for the past three days. Plan of Correction: A written record of children's attendance will be kept each day.
Standard #: 22VAC40-111-280 Description: Based on observation, a bottle of hand sanitizer in the bathroom was accessible to the children. Plan of Correction: The hand sanitizer was removed immediately.
