- Technical Assistance:
Consultation was given on the free pre-service training that is available at childcareva.com. The training is required for any subsidy provider but is available for all caregivers for the next 12 months. Please update written emergency plan by the end of October.
An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted today. Nine children were present with three caregivers. The majority of the children were resting upon the Inspector's arrival. Lunch is brought from home for each child. Please double check refrigerator temperature to ensure thermometer is working correctly as the fridge felt cold but was registering at 45 degrees. Attendance was complete. The provider completed some home renovation work over the summer and now has a covered space for children to use even if it is raining. No medication was reported to be on-site. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. Please sign and date the report and return it to me within 10 calendar days from date of receipt. If you have any questions regarding the inspection, please feel free to contact me. Thank you Ann Dramstad Licensing Inspector 703-314-0806 email@example.com
