Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on October 28, 2016. The provider and an assistant were present with 7 children. (24 points) There were 4 infants, 2 toddlers, and 1 two year old in care. The toddlers and two year old child had just finished circle time before the inspection began. They were watching a children's program on TV, and then had an activity about the colors red and green. They had some free play time before resting on their mats for a short period. The infants were being fed, held, in activity seats, and in infant swings. The provider and her assistant changed the space and activity for each infant at least once during the inspection. Diapering was observed. Three children's files were reviewed. A recommendation will be made to renew the license. Inspection began: 9:50 Inspection ended: 11:10
