The licensee does not administer medication at this time.

Violations:

Description: Based on observation the licensee failed to ensure areas and furnishings of the home, inside and outside, were maintained in a safe condition. Evidence: The 2 air conditioning units in the back yard did not have any protective barriers.

Plan of Correction: The barrier had been damaged during a storm and had been taken down. It will be repaired and out back around the units.

Standard #: 22VAC40-111-520-B
Description: Based on observation and interview, the center failed to ensure cribs were not used as a play space for infants. Evidence: There was an infant jungle gym in one of the baby's crib. The caregiver stated the baby plays in the gym while in the crib.

Plan of Correction: The licensee will retrain all caregivers on the regulations pertaining to infants. Cribs will no longer be used as a play space for infants.
