- Technical Assistance:
At the time of the visit, the green moss lining in the backyard play area is beginning to show some wear. The inspector and provider discussed that it may become a safety hazard for children running in the backyard if the green moss lining in the back continues to show wear. Provider indicated she was planning on replacing it to prevent any future safety concerns as a preventative measure.
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 9:00am-10:00am. There was 1 child (2 points) directly supervised by 1 staff. The home, 1 staff records, 1 child?s records, 1 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today.
