Standard #: 22VAC40-111-920 Description: Based on review the menu was not planned for a one week period. Evidence: the menu was complete thru 11/14/16 of this week. Plan of Correction: We will keep the menu up to date.
Standard #: 22VAC40-111-210-B Description: Based on review not all caregivers obtained 16 hours of annual training. Evidence: Staff A attended 7.5 hours of annual training. Plan of Correction: Staff A will complete 16 hours of training and will complete the 8.5 missed from this year.
