Thank you for your time and assistance with the unannounced inspection conducted today, November 30, 2016. The on-site visit was from 11:15 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. On this date, at the time of arrival, there were four (4) children in the care of the provider for a total of eleven (11) points. There were a total of eight (8) children enrolled in the program. There were three (3) children's records reviewed and the record for the provider. Some of the items observed during the visit included: free choice play, art activity, hand washing and bathroom procedures, and lunch. Interactions between the provider and children were positive and the children seem comfortable with the daily routine and schedule. This family day home is well equipped with a variety of age/stage materials for the children in care.
