Technical Assistance:
Discussed with provider: Sheet straps for crib sheets, placement of the foot operated trash can for diaper disposal, updating the emergency relocation destination in the preparedness plan.

An announced Initial inspection was conducted today. There are 5 children present (16 points) with 2 adult caregivers. 3 adult and 5 children's files were reviewed. All were in compliance. One child is within days for documentation of having viewed Proof of birth. Children were observed sleeping, during a diaper change, playing with toys and during the transition to outside. Due to case load adjustments, your next inspection may be with a different inspector. All inspectors carry ID badges for security purposes.
