An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today 12/6/2016 between 11:30 am 12:55pm. At the start of this unannounced renewal inspection there were a total of 10 children (20 points) with 2 caregivers. A total of 3 children?s files and 2 staff/household member?s files were reviewed. The inspector observed children: dancing, engaged in free play activities, washing hands, eating a lunch consisting of chicken nuggets, rice, grapes, lettuce and milk, and transitioning to nap. Standard #: 22VAC40-111-320-B Description: Based on observation, not all electrical outlets had child-resistant protective covers installed. Evidence: 1. A power strip under the computer desk had 2 exposed outlets. 2. An outlet extender under the computer desk had 3 exposed outlets. Plan of Correction: Corrected during inspection.
