An unannounced full renewal inspection was conducted today. The provider was caring for 3 children, totaling 10 points. The children were observed playing with toys and interacting with the provider. The children were to be served chicken and rice, green beans, pumpkin pie, and milk for lunch later today. This inspection was completed between approximately 9:00 am and 10:15 am. Standard #: 22VAC40-111-60-B Description: Based on a review of children's records, it was determined that one record was not complete. Evidence: Child record #2 does not include a second emergency contact other than the parent. The parent listed the father as an emergency contact person. Plan of Correction: I already asked the parent for a different emergency contact. I will follow up with the parent for the information.
