Technical Assistance:
Discussed the special use permit, the provider is in the process to increase to 12 children. The provider will send in the permit after it is approved and we will modify the license to the number of children approved. Discussed the requirements for the assistant, the provider is in the process of making sure her son has all the required training to be her assistant in the afternoon.

Comments:
4 children present with the provider , a total of 10 points at this renewal visit. The children are playing with cars and dolls and building with blankets. The children are watching a Christmas show while waiting for lunch. Today's lunch is cheese pizza, craisins and milk. The children are great helpers at lunch. Lots of interaction between children and the provider, the provider has lots of materials for the children to explore. This visit was started at 11:10 and ended at 12:15. Please call me at 703-203-8659 if you have any questions regarding this visit.
