Comments:
The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced monitoring inspection on Tuesday, December 6, 2016 from 9:30am to 10:50am. The children were playing with stacking blocks upon the inspector?s arrival. Today, there were three children, totaling seven points, present with two caregivers. Breakfast consisted of pancakes and applesauce. The menu was posted. Two children?s records and two caregivers? records were reviewed during the inspection. Medication is not being administered and was reviewed. Last emergency drill: 11/08/2016 Last shelter-in-place drill: 11/08/2016 Emergency Plan Reviewed: 05/20/2016 The violations from the previous inspections were checked for corrections.
