An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 12:30 p.m.-1:30 p.m. with the provider. Five children, ages 2 years, 3 years, 4 years, 5 years, and 5 years old, were under the care of the provider for a total of eight points. Children were observed napping and playing in the toy room. Required information was posted. The provider is currently certified in first aid and CPR. Two children's records were reviewed and in compliance. One provider's record was reviewed. Standard #: 22VAC40-111-830-A
Description: Based on review of the emergency response drills record, the provider did not conduct monthly emergency escape drills. Evidence: The last documented emergency escape drill was 9/12/16.

Plan of Correction: The provider stated that she will resume the monthly fire drills, beginning Monday with a fire drill.

Standard #: 22VAC40-111-920
Description: Based on observation, the provider did not have a menu for the current one-week period. Evidence: There was no menu for the current week of January 30, 2017.

Plan of Correction: The provider stated that she will create a menu on Sunday for the following week.

Standard #: 22VAC40-111-180-A
Description: Based on review of the provider's record, the provider failed to obtain updated tuberculosis (tb) tests or screenings for each household member every two years. Evidence: The provider's last tb test was dated 7/27/14.

Plan of Correction: The provider stated that she will obtain an updated tb test.
