Comments:
An unannounced Subsidy Heath Inspection was conducted today 3/20/2017. There were five children in care with the licensee and assistant. Both caregivers have completed first aid and CPR and the 10 hour pre service training. Currently no children are enrolled in the program that have food allergies, the licensee is aware of the requirements for food allergies.

Violations:
Standard #: VENDHOM-000-029-B-5
Description: Based on review of the emergency preparedness plan, the licensee failed to ensure that the lockdown portion was added to the plan. Evidence: 1. The licensee has not added the lockdown procedures to the emergency preparedness plan.

Plan of Correction: The licensee will had the lock down procedures to the plan and will make sure that all staff are aware of the new procedure and will conduct two drills a year.
