Discussed supervision when infants are in carriers. Caregivers will also need 16 hours of annual training and this will be reviewed at the renewal inspection.
An unannounced inspection was conducted from 9-10 AM. The Inspector arrived to find 4 children with the Provider and a caregiver. Another child arrived shortly after for a total of 14 points. The Inspector reviewed two children's files, training documentation for the Provider, Mat certification, evacuation drills, attendance, and menu. The Provider has attended 16 hours in annual training and the Inspector noted the Provider's CPR and First Aid will expire at the end of April. The children had activities and music was playing in the background. Please call with questions 703-479-4679
