An unannounced full renewal inspection was conducted today. The provider and one assistant caregiver were caring for 8 children, totaling 17 points. One of these children was a resident child. The children were observed creating "car paintings", eating morning snack, playing with toys, and interacting with each caregiver. Pleasant and calm interactions were observed throughout this inspection. Each caregiver was observed displaying extreme patience when interacting with a child who was demonstrating separation anxiety. The children were served graham crackers and strawberries for snack, and were to be served spaghetti with meatballs, carrots, and milk for lunch later today. This inspection was completed between approximately 10:15 am and 11:30 am. Thank you for meeting with me today. If you have any questions regarding this inspection please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org
