Comments:
Today an unannounced monitoring visit was conducted with the Provider. This visit took place in the morning there were 10 children present with the Provider and 2 assistants for a total of 24 points within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed doing arts & craft, taking pictures, having outdoor free play, lunch and nap time. Lunch today consisted of baked chicken, oranges, mixed vegetables, bread and milk. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children & provider records, fire drill log, attendance and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection.
