Discussed the following requirement: Pre-Service training.

Comments:
An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted today. Observed 3 children (10 points) directly supervised by 2 caregivers. A sample of 3 children's records, 2 caregiver records, and 2 household member records were reviewed. The children were engaged in free play. No violations were cited today. The exit interview was conducted with the provider. Inspection conducted from approximately 11:15am to 11:45 am.
