The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced renewal inspection on Tuesday, June 20, 2017 from 02:30pm to 03:30pm. The provider is on a conditional license. The children were observed playing with toys and resting. Today, there were 3 children, totaling 10 points, present with one caregiver. The menu was posted. The provider does administer medication, however there wasn't any medication to administer. The provider does not provide transportation. The provider does not have pets. Two children?s records, one caregivers? record and one household record were reviewed during the inspection. Last emergency drill: 05/15/2017 Last shelter-in-place drill: 05/15/2017 The violations from the previous inspections were checked for corrections. There weren't any violations found during today?s inspection. The Department has not yet received a complete renewal application and annual fee from the provider. A complete renewal application and fee must be received by the Department prior to expiration of the license on 07/25/2017 or the license cannot be renewed.
