An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted this date. A total of 5 children present (12pts) with Provider and one assistant. Observation of physical plant area used for programming was conducted. Ample toys and equipment maintained that were determined age appropriate for the children currently in care. Observation of diapering procedures, handwashing and infant feeding was made. Tummy time observed with the one infant in care. A nice transition to afternoon nap was observed. Two new children enrolled since the last licensing inspection in November. Both children's records reviewed. All staff records and one household member record reviewed. Background checks, sworn disclosures and TB screenings were determined current. Recordation was found organized and complete. Children's records contained all required documents and organized. An annual review of the emergency preparedness plan was documented, fire drills and shelter in place drills were complete and documented as required. Provider has current MAT training, however does not administer medications for the children in care. No food or other known allergies present. No violations found today.
