Comments:
An unannounced SUBSIDY inspection was conducted this date. A total of two staff, both staff have current CPR/First Aid certification. A review of the subsidy regulations was made today. Emergency preparedness plan has been updated to include re-unification, lock down and home containment procedures. No food allergies present at this time. Provider has completed the required Pre-Service training. Attendance records reflect all required information. A total of 5 children in care (12pts) with two staff today. Home was well maintained, recordation organized and ample toys and equipment age appropriate for the children in care. Thank you for your cooperation today. Standard #: VENDHOM-000-012-C
Description: Based on review of staff records, Pre-Service training was not completed. Evidence: Staff #2 has 5 additional hours of the Pre-Service training to complete. This staff was employed prior to the effective date of the regulation.

Plan of Correction: Staff #2 will complete the remaining 5 hours of the Pre-Service training.
