Comments:
The following inspection took place between the hours of 8:15 am through 9:30. Today, I met with the Provider on site at the Family Day Home (FDH). At the start of this unannounced monitoring inspection there were a total of 8 children (19 points) with 2 caregivers. A total of 3 children's files and 5 staff/household member's files were reviewed. The children were engaged in the following: arrival to program, breakfast, hand washing, diapering and toy play. There are no violations this date. Please contact me if you have any questions at Margaret.allworth@dss.virginia.gov or 703-209-3521.
