Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 10:45am-11:45am. At the beginning of this inspection there were 7 children(14 points) directly supervised by 2 staff. The home, 2 staff records, 5 children?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed playing freely and eating a snack of cheese crackers, raisins, and fruit juice. There was an abundant supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. The home and records were clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
