Technical Assistance:
**Discussed with the provider that I needed a letter from zoning stating that she is allowed to have either 7 or 12 children in her home. I am unable to issue a license without that written statement from zoning. As soon as you receive it, let me know so that I can license your current home with the capacity recommended by your county.

Comments:
An announced renewal and modification (provider moved) inspection was conducted today from 11:40am -12:40pm. There were 4 children (13 points) directly supervised by 1 staff. The home, 1 staff records was current from previous inspection, children?s records were current from previous inspection, 1 household member?s records were current from previous inspection, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed napping or preparing to nap. There was an abundant supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. Description: Based on observation, the provider failed to ensure that occupied cribs, cots, rest mats and beds are kept at least 12 inches from each other. Evidence: Observed 2 occupied cribs that were less than 12 inches from each other.

Plan of Correction: I will move it.
