Comments:
An unannounced SHSI inspection was completed on 8/22/2017. The inspector arrived at 8:45A.M. and departed at 11:00 A.M. Seven children were in care at 19 points with the licensee and one assistant caregiver. Two caregiver records were reviewed. Five children's records were reviewed. A physical plant walk-through was done. Policies and procedures were reviewed. Discussion: subsidy requirements, standards, new sworn disclosure statement.

Violations:
Standard #: VENDHOM-000-029-A
Description: Based on review of the emergency plan, the licensee failed to ensure that the plan included a lock down procedures. Evidence: 1. Lock down procedures were not established.

Plan of Correction: During the inspection the licensee added the lock down drill to the plan.
