Thank you for you assistance during this unannounced renewal inspection. This on-site visit was conducted on November 1, 2017 fro. 10:30 a.m. through 12:45 p.m. Upon arrival, there were six (6) children in the care of the provider for points totaling twelve (12). Five children's records and the record for the provider were reviewed. No medication is being administered in this family day home. Areas observed were: snack, music, free play/movement, hand washing/bathroom procedures and lunch. Interactions between the children and provider were observed as positive and the children seem comfortable with the daily routine and schedule. This family day home is well equipped with a variety of age/stage materials for the children in care.
