Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 11/3/2017 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. Inspector arrived at 11:15am and departed at 2:00pm. Inspector observed children engaged in a variety of activities including toy play, hand washing, lunch, storytime and naptime. Children were also engaged in socially interactive activities in both English and Spanish. Provider offered positive guidance and redirection when needed. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice.
