Discussed communication with parents regarding the spread of disease.
An unannounced renewal study was conducted today beginning at 11:25am. 7 children (25pts) were directly supervised by 2 caregivers. Ratios were in compliance. The physical space, 5 children's records, caregiver/household member records, the Emergency Preparedness Plan, evacuation drills and attendance records were reviewed. Required documents were posted. Children were observed cleaning up from lunch, preparing for nap and interacting with caregivers. Interactions were positive. The space was clean and organized.
