Technical Assistance:
1. Discussed new background check requirements for staff and household members. 2. Discussed with provider that the annual training requirement is exclusive of Medication Administration Training.

Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from 12:15pm-1:30pm. There were 12 children(37points) directly supervised by the provider and two assistants. The home, 2 staff records, 5 children?s records, 1 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Background checks for all adults and caregivers were reviewed and determined to be compliant. Childrn were observed napping under staff observation with soft soothing music playing. Lunch consisted of fish, rice, mixed vegetables and milk. There was an abundant supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. The home was clean and organized. There were no violations identified during today's inspection.
