During the inspection the outside area was viewed, lunch time was observed, nap time was observed, five out of twelve children's records were reviewed, the licensee's records was reviewed, two assistant's records were reviewed, emergency supplies were viewed, a vehicle used for daily transportation was viewed, the emergency plan was viewed, and some additional policies and procedures were reviewed. Your renewal application has been received and once it has been deemed complete and today's inspection is completed a recommendation regarding your license can be made. Thank you for your time, please call me at 309-2051 if you have any questions. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection: the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
