Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. The provider was caring for 5 enrolled children and three children who reside in the home, totaling 16 points. Children's records, caregiver training records, emergency preparedness items, the indoor and outdoor physical plant, and children's medications were inspected today. Two children's medications were on site today. This inspection took place in the middle of the day. The children were observed finishing lunch, listening to interactive books with the provider, and taking their afternoon nap. The children were served chicken, rice quinoa, peas, and milk for lunch today. This inspection was completed between approximately 12:00pm and 1:30 pm. Thank you for meeting with me today. If you have any questions regarding this inspection please email me at sandra.dimperio@dss.virginia.gov
