Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 12/14/2017 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from 2:15pm-3:30pm. There were 2 children (4 points) directly supervised by the provider. The home, 1 staff record, 5 children?s records, 2 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed napping. There was an abundant supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. The home was clean and organized. The exit interview was conducted with the provider. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
