An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted with the provider and one assistant beginning at 12:50 PM and ending at 2:15 PM. There was three in care with the caregiver?s two children during the inspection. The children were ages 9 months, 16 months, 2, 2, and 3 years old for a total of 13 points. The infant was observed in a bouncy chair and being held by the provider. The older children were observed sleeping on resting mats during nap time. Three children records were reviewed and in compliance.The provider, two household members, and one staff records were reviewed and in compliance. The emergency escape drill log was reviewed and in compliance. There were no medications on site. The provider does not administer medication and is not Medication Administration Training (MAT) certified. A provider must be MAT certified in order to administer medications. The most recent emergency escape drill was documented as December 29, 2017. The most recent shelter-in-place drill was documented as December 27, 2017. The first aid kit, flashlight, and weather-band radio were observed and in compliance. Standard #: 22VAC40-111-90-A Description: Based on a review of documentation, the provider did not obtain documentation of immunizations for all children prior to attendance. Evidence: Child A with a start date of January 9, 2018 did not have documentation of immunizations in their record. Plan of Correction: The parent was contacted during the inspection and will provide documentation of immunizations for the child at pick up today.
