An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on January 8 2018 between 10:00am to 12:00pm. There were 5 children (9 points) in the direct care of the family day home provider. Children were observed dancing, exercising, cleaning, washing hands, and eating lunch. The family day home is decorated with winter decorations. The home checks out books from the local library to represent the theme in the day care. Areas of non-compliance are listed on the violation notice. Standard #: 22VAC40-191-40-D-1-c Description: Based on record review, the provider's records did not contain a repeat check every three years since the dates of the last record check. Evidence: Staff #1 last documented criminal record check was completed on 10/10/2014 Plan of Correction: I will submit it tomorrow.
