Technical assistance today included emergency procedures, first aid materials and record keeping.

Standard #: 22VAC40-111-760-A-1 Description: Based on observation during today's inspection, the first aid kit did not have all required items. Evidence: There were no triangular bandages available today. Plan of Correction: I will buy two triangular bandages.
Standard #: 22VAC40-111-770 Description: Based on observation during today's inspection, there was no working battery operated radio with a weather band. Evidence: Two radios were present but did not have a weather band feature. Plan of Correction: I will look online to buy a radio band.
