Ten children were in care during the inspection, total points were 18. The provider and assistant were present. The children were resting and all required paper work was posted. The inspection time was 12:45pm-3:oopm.
Standard #: 22VAC40-111-900-B Description: Based on observation children were allowed to sleep with bottles. Evidence: one infant was sleeping in a crib with a bottle. Plan of Correction: Children will not be allowed to sleep with bottles.
Standard #: 22VAC40-111-210-A Description: Based on review of the staff records not all had current first aid and CPR training. Evidence: The expiration date on the provider and Assistant A's First Aid and CPR card is 11/17/2017. Plan of Correction: We have first aid and CPR training on 3/17/2018.
