An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 02/16/2018 from 10:00 am until 11:05 pm. Upon arrival to the home, there were 9 children present with 3 staff members. The children were observed participating in age appropriate activities, outdoor play, hand washing, lunch. A sample of 4 children's records and 3 staff records were reviewed. The licensing inspector toured the home and reviewed supervision, emergency supplies, practice drills, nutrition, physical plant, required postings, and administration. There were no violations cited. An exit meeting was conducted with the provider prior to the end of the inspection.
