An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from 9:00am-10:30am. At the time of inspection, 12 children (32 points) were directly supervised by the provider and two assistants. The sample size consisted of 5 children records and 3 caregiver records. There were no medications on site today and the provider is MAT certified. Children were observed learning about planets, engaged in activities with the caregivers, and singing songs. There was an abundant supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. If you have any questions regarding this inspection, please contact the Licensing Inspector at firstname.lastname@example.org
