Technical Assistance:
Discussed with provider to regularly check e-mails from the state and the licensing office to remain current on renewals and other important information.

Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today between 12:10pm and 1:25pm. The purpose of this inspection was to assess previous violations. There were 7 children (17 points) in direct care and supervision of 2 caregivers. The children were observed playing with toys. Children were also observed getting down for nap time. Violations from the previous inspection were corrected. 5 children's records and three caregiver/household member's records were reviewed. No violations were cited during this inspection.
