Comments:
The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced renewal inspection on Thursday, April 12, 2018 from 4:15pm to 5:40pm. The children were observed eating dinner upon the inspector?s arrival, and they were later observed doing homework. Today, there were six children, totaling five points, present with two caregivers. Dinner consisted of: bar be que chicken, green beans, macaroni and cheese, and milk. The provider does administer medication. The provider does not provide transportation. The provider does not have pets. Five children?s records, two caregivers? records and two household record were reviewed during the inspection. The violations from the previous inspections were checked for corrections. There were no violations found during today?s inspection.
