Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 10:20 a.m.-11:30 a.m. with the provider. Five children, ages 3, 3, 4, 4, and 4 years old, were under the care and supervision of the provider for a total of ten points. Children were observed engaging in a variety of activities in the toy room such as building with Duplos and watching a "Little Einsteins" cartoon and preparing for lunch. Lunch being offered today is bologna and cheese sandwich, green beans, applesauce, and milk. Required information was posted. The last emergency escape drill was 4/11/18. The last shelter-in-place drill was 2/5/18. A weatherband radio and flashlights were onsite. Two household members' records and five children's records were reviewed and complete. Description: Based on observation, the provider did not hold current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). Evidence: The provider's last CPR certification was dated 4/2/16.
