An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. There are 7 children (18 points) with 3 caregivers. Children were observed eating lunch, watching TV and playing during today's inspection. 1 staff and 4 children's records were reviewed. See violation notice for missing information. Emergency escape drills, bathroom supplies, hand washing, menu, first aid supplies and emergency supplies are all in compliance. Standard #: 63.2-1720.1-A Description: Based upon a review of records, one staff record is incomplete. Evidence: Staff A (Date of Hire: 4/30/18) does not have an Eligible for Hire Letter on file prior to employment. Plan of Correction: An appointment will be made for fingerprinting as soon as possible.
