22VAC40-80 THE LICENSE.
The licensing inspector conducted a monitoring inspection today 5/16/18. There were no children in care during the inspection. Two caregiver's records, one household member's record. No children have been in care since 12/17. Violations from the previous inspection were also reviewed and one was repeated. Areas of non-compliance are identified on the violation notice. Standard #: 22VAC40-111-240-A Description: Based on observation the provider failed to maintain some equipment in a safe condition. Evidence: 1. The storage shelf close to the door is approximately six feet tall. This storage shelf is not secured to the wall and is very wobbly, which could fall on the children. Plan of Correction: The provider will ensure that the heavier things will be placed on the bottom shelves and the shelf will be secured to the wall.
