The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced renewal inspection on Wednesday, May 23, 2018 from 11:15am to 1:00pm. The children were observed eating snack and later resting on cots. Snack consisted of peaches, yogurt and milk. Today, there were eight children, totaling 18 points, present with two caregivers. The provider does not administer medication. The provider does provide transportation. The provider does not not have pets. Five children?s records, and two caregivers? records were reviewed during the inspection. Last emergency drill: 05/04/2018 Last shelter-in-place drill: 05/10/2018 The violations from the previous inspections were checked for corrections.
